Hillside Rovers Fun Day 2010
Our annual Fun Day - on Sunday 16 May at Hillside School - was a great success. Lovely weather, lots of football related activities for the boys and £660 raised for the club.
We started at 9:30 and it ran until lunchtime. Activities included target football, penalty competition, a presentation of trophies and the ever popular 'soak the coach'.
Most of the money was raised from food and from the bidding board. We'd like to thank Tina Nunn and Waitrose for the donation of burgers and hot dogs. Special thanks to Paul Brown for all his efforts with the bidding board: there are some pictures below of some of the varied selection of goodies and special offers that were open to offers.
