I'm just guessing, but perhaps you have felt slightly guilty recently, not having done enough towards the Hillside Rovers New Hut fund?
Maybe you been impressed by the fundrasiing activities recently of the football funday, the new web site or Lee's parachute jump?

Buy.at is an affiliation site. Quite simply it's free money for Hillside Rovers.

How do affiliation sites work?

Let's use Amazon as an example.

Rather than going straight to www.amazon.co.uk.
Instead go to www.buy.at/hillsiderovers
Then find Amazon and click through.
Do your shopping.
And Hillside Rovers receive 15% of the money you spend.

It's as simple as that - WOW!

How come - who pays?

You don't.
You pay exactly the same price for your online shopping as if you'd gone straight to Amazon.

More and more these days, people are using the web rather than the high street for consumer shopping - we all know that.
More and more, people are using search engines, such as Google, rather than going to specific consumer sites.
Google will return affifliation sites such as Buy.at or (E.g.) moneysupermarket.com higher than specific sites like Amazon.
Amazon are therefore prepared to pay affiliation sites such as Buy.at for an advertising presence.
In the example above, Amazon pay Buy.at for an advertising presence and then 15% of any purchases from you from Amazon via Buy.at is paid back to Hillside Rovers.

It's a funny (new) world - but great news for our New Hut fund.
