Pitch inspections

During the winter, especially, a coach from each year group in turn checks the pitches before training. Sometimes this is on the Saturday morning before training, but if it is obvious that training could be cancelled then a decision will be made earlier.

If the pitch is waterlogged or frozen he will then tell the other coaches, who then tell their year groups.

17 December - U8's

24 and 31 December - no training for most year groups (U7's excepted)

Note: on occasions the 3G pitch may not be available due to the FA having first refusal, but so far as we know they have no dates earmarked for the period above, to May 2012.
