Year Group News - Under 6's

Hillside Rovers would like to invite boys and girls from year 1 to come and try soccer with us on a Saturday morning.

Our first football morning will be Saturday 18 September and we meet on the school playing field every Saturday in term time from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

We expect the majority of the players will be from Hillside Avenue Primary School but other boys and girls who live in the area are welcome too: there are several from other schools in other year groups.

The emphasis is on fun while learning new skills like dribbling, shooting and passing.

Coaches from other year groups will help for the first few weeks but, as for all the other year groups, we are dependent on volunteers from among the parents to learn the ropes and take over. If you think you'd like to help, please contact one of the club's officials.
